Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags (where applicable), and packaging.

Yes. Individual products may be exchanged individually. Starter kits must be exchanged as a complete set unless the item arrives damaged or there is an order error.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after your returned items have been received and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping is free on orders over $100 CAD. Orders under $100 CAD are shipped for a flat rate of $9.99.
