Who are Greenside Goods gift boxes designed for?

Do I need to know a lot about golf to choose a gift?

Not at all. Golf gear can feel technical and overwhelming, which is why we curate practical, stylish essentials that are easy to gift. Our boxes are designed to take the guesswork out of choosing something useful and appreciated.

Can the products be worn outside of golf?

Yes. Our apparel and accessories are selected with versatility in mind. Many pieces can be worn on the course, at work, while travelling, or casually on weekends.

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to the sizing information listed on the product page before placing your order. If the recipient is between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Can I send the gift box directly to someone else?

Yes. You can ship the gift box directly to the recipient by entering their shipping address at checkout. Each gift box is shipped in protective packaging to help preserve its presentation during transit.

Will the gift box arrive ready to gift?

Yes. Our gift boxes are packed with care and shipped inside protective packaging so the presentation is preserved as much as possible during delivery.

Can I include a gift note?

Gift notes are not currently included as part of our standard orders. However, if you would like to request a short message, please contact us after placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unused, with tags or belly bands attached, and returned in the original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Can I exchange one item from the gift box?

Gift boxes must be exchanged as a full set. Individual items within a box, such as one polo, belt, or pair of socks, cannot be exchanged separately.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed after the returned gift box has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review the concern and help make it right.

We currently ship Canada-wide only.
