Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- Returned with all tags and belly bands attached
- Returned with the original packaging included
For gift boxes, the full gift set must be returned, including all included items such as polos, socks, belt, and packaging, unless the return relates to a damaged individual item.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Return requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Original shipping fees, if applicable, may not be refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Exchanges
Full gift boxes may be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability, as long as the full box is returned in original condition.
Because our gift boxes are sold as complete sets, we do not offer exchanges for only one item within the box. For example, if you need a different polo size, the entire gift box, including the polos, socks, belt, and packaging, must be exchanged for a new size.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.
If an individual item within the gift box is damaged, we may replace that specific item individually, subject to availability.
If the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a partial refund to compensate for the damaged item, unless you choose to return the entire gift box for a full return, subject to our return eligibility requirements.
Gift Box Returns
Gift boxes must be returned as a complete set unless the issue relates to a damaged, defective, or incorrect individual item.
Returned gift boxes must include all original items and packaging. Incomplete returns may not be accepted or may be subject to a partial refund only.
Final Sale Items
Clearance, customized, personalized, or heavily discounted items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
