Shipping and Delivery

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage during transit, except where required by law.

Gift Boxes and Bundled Products
Gift boxes and bundled products are sold as complete sets. Unless otherwise approved by us, returns and exchanges must include the full original set, packaging, and included items. Damaged individual items may be replaced separately where available.

Final Sale Items
Clearance, customized, personalized, heavily discounted, or otherwise marked final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
