Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Greenside Goods ("GG."). We currently offer shipping within Canada only. 

Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not usually processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, promotions, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99.99 CAD, before applicable taxes, discounts, duties, or additional fees.

Orders under $99.99 CAD may be subject to standard shipping rates, which will be shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Standard shipping generally takes approximately 2-5 business days after the order has been processed, though delivery times are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Please allow time for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed, except where required by law.

If your package appears to be lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package or item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be eligible for replacement, partial refund, or another resolution in accordance with our Return Policy.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
For orders shipped outside of Canada, customers may be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import charges. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
